bass fishing tips

Just seeing the story that the striped bass season has been cut short in Maryland...way short because of poachers!
I can't think of a more greedy thing to do and how it affects the whole season. My understanding is there is $6000 reward for catching these suckers. I hope someone comes through...They need a good swift kick in the, well you know.
