One of the most basic and important things to learn when bass fishing is how tie good bass fishing knots. There is nothing worse than losing a potential prize lunker to a poorly tied lure. When I first started out I looked at so many drawings on so many different knots and sometimes just could not get what they were trying to illustrate. So in my opinion video is definitely the way to go on this all important subject.

Below are some of the most common and effective knots used in fishing. Take a look practice them and make them part of your arsenal.

The Palomar Knot

The perfection knot

Improved Clinch Knot

Half Blood Knot with tuck. Actually, I have never used this one but to me it looks nearly the same as the clinch knot. Check it out
